I wanna start Vincent Jackson but there going against the Ravens' defense. On the hand I like DeSean but I dnt even know forsure who will be the quarterback in Philly this Sunday. What should I do? I need an expert's opinion.
Start Vincent Jackson. They may be facing the Ravens, but Rivers has to throw to someone. And Jackson is his #1 guy. Philly is in trouble week 2. I wouldn't mess with them.

Vincent Jackson is the # 1 receiver in San Diego but their offense has not been looking good all year plus they are playing the Broncos, they have great corners. Anthony Gonzalez is going to line up as the #2 receiver in Indy this week because of Marvin Harrison's absence. Who should I start?
Don't even think about Jackson. He'll have Bailey and Bly draped all over him. They held Lee Evans to 5 total yards.
So, of the two, take Gonzalez, assuming Marvin does not play.
You could also play a waiver wire guy. A player like Bryant Johnson (ARI), or Brandon Stokley (DEN) could be sneaky play. They both are filling in for Anquan Boldin and Javon Walker respectively.
Most of my characters who have been using are about 60 or over except Cloud who is level 66, however. Vincent is now already 62 going on 63, does this have anything to do with me playing without him until now and it puts him up that high but has weak attacks who what? Well if can help please let me know ok thanks again.

As for Vincent. I honestly can't remember what level he starts it. It's a moot point anyway as by sticking him in the party he'll catch up to everyone else in no time.
Remember that even characters not in your party will gain XP and will generally be only a few levels behind the rest of your guys. You will however need to put Vincent in your party before he hits level 99 if you wish for him to learn limit breaks. If a character hits level 99 without achieving their level 3 limit break, you will be unable to give them their level 4 limit break.
His attacks are weak because you haven't equipped him. Find his ultimate weapon and equip it. You can also use materia combos like Elemental attack to increase his power or use Strength Source items (which you can duplicate to a max of 99 using W-item materia).
