I have a project where I have to compare a cell to something, and I am comparing it to Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. What is the "nucleus" of the factory? It's can't be Willy Wonka or anybody else.
Also, if you can think of a cytoskeleton or chloroplast for it too, that would also help. Thanks!!
Hello Amik. I gave my students an assignment similar to this. The nucleus may be the control room of the factory w/ tons of blueprints (instruction manuals) all over. The cytoskeleton could be the steel girders and pulley systems all over the "factory". The chloroplasts can be strategically place solar panels all over the "roof" of your factory. Make sure to put the ER nearby your nucleus. My students had a problem remembering that.
I have seen the movie willy wonka and the chocolate factory but WHERE DOES CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY COME FROM? Is that just the book?
The reason the original movie was called Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory is because Raold Dahl did not like the direction they were taking with the movie and he refused to allow them to call it Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Tim Burton's remake was much truer to the original book "Charlie and the Chocolate factory" and it received the blessing from Raold Dahl's widow to call it Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Ok, I was just wondering. Is there really a place that's like the willy wonka chocolate factory. Like the ones in the movie Charlie and the cholcolate factory, and willy wonka and the chocolate factory. I'm looking for a place that's actually like that, like everything is edible and you can just go crazy and eat weird shit. But GOOD SHIT. So like does anyone know if there really is a place like that? Or where I could find information on how to find a place like it. THANKS >.<
Actually, everyone's WRONG! there IS a real place called Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. They make all kinds of candy. I'm not lying i've seen it on some of the candy boxes I've gone through. Maybe it's not owned by a weird character like willy wonka, but it does exist. See for yourself....

My local youtheater did that! Make sure you act super bratty and pull off the Brit accent. They'll love that. I don't have the script but I know Veruca repeats "I WANT it!" or "But I WANT it!" and has a little bit of a raspy sound to her voice. Make sure you are over exaggerated and sarcastic and just bratty. I'd make up your own monologue since it's pretty tough to find one. Break a leg!
