So "shall we dance" is "Odorimashou ka".
You could also say "Odorimasen ka."

it doesn't have to be specifically the person who sings on the soundtrack. but does anyone know anyone else who sings it? i remember sitting in borders and the song was playing, it was a female singer with a gentle voice, or anyone at all who sings it?
it might be marnie nixon dubbing her voice for actress deborah kerr -- i think nixons voice was dubbed for actress audrey hepburn in my fair lady -- you could look up the soundtrack from the movie or google movie/music etc. for more info.
