My wife and I are contemplating a move to Arizona, but she would like to be able to plant some citrus (grapefruit, lemon and orange) trees. With the cooler temperatures Tucson/Green Valley, AZ, is it possible to grow citrus there, as you can do in the Phoenix Metro Area?
"The weather in the Arizona desert produces some of the best tasting citrus in the world. Heat produces sugar in citrus fruits making them sweeter and cool weather produces acid making citrus more tart."

I have gone through hell to get to Green Valley, and I have no idea where I'm supposed to go now. My first thought was to go to Retazo city, but I don't know how to get there. Everywhere I go, I end up back where I started. It's a nightmare! Where do I go?
look it up or something. i didn't even know that was a game that existed lol.
I am looking to buy a house in Denver and I've seen a lot of good deals in Green Valley Ranch. I visited the neighborhood a few times and it seemed fine but now I'm seeing postings on other websites about it being a bad neighborhood. Does anyone have any personal experience, good or bad? I am only planning to live there for about 5 years. Would this be a bad place to invest? Any and all help PLEASE! :)
It may be a good place for an investment, but not necessarily to live. It's not in the best area, but not the worst. Along I-70 and surrounding aurora have great opportunities for investment with foreclosures, but areas with lots of those could make it undesirable for some. Decent neighborhoods though.
I want to learn about the ski resort in green valley lake in southern california, but i can't really find any info about it... I'd love to board up there but i heard it burnt down from the recent fires. Is this true?? and what about the rest of the town?
I've already read the wikipedia page about green valley lake as well as the 'official website.' i would appreciate only answers from those who've been there first hand
I have been to GVL resort a few years back. It is VERY small and only has 1 ski lift and a couple rope tows. I would be surpized if the vertical on the resort is 1000 feet at the most. It has not been open the past year or so..and had heard they were not opening this year again.
But, I heard the whole town of GVL burnned down so the chances of them opening are slim to none.
My friend told me that in the green grass valley riddle a big hint is that the people are humans. If the answer is that they like anything with a double letter then why does it matter if they're humans?
Because it does
