Is finding neverland also a book?
If not, or even if it is, are there any stories similar to it or the movie that you would recommend?
I don't believe it was a book, but, instead, it is the "semi-fictional" account of J.M. Barrie, the playwright who wrote Peter Pan. You could easily find a biography on J.M. Barrie, if you're interested in knowing more about him. You could also find a copy of the original Peter Pan and read it.

the way i took it was he (Mr.Barrie) was trying to get the kids to focus on something else besides their mother being so sick. and when they fall down i think it was just a way of showing how their lives were about to fall apart? or maybe just cuz it was a cool visual? or maybe the glue just wore off?
My previous (and first) question was "what is the dog type used in the movie 'FInding Neverland?'" but I still don't really know - maybe a great pyronese - maybe a newfoundland hound variant called a landseer - whatever - how do I get one? - I want a bernice mountain dog or similar - I have a new house I can have a dog for the first time in forever - now what?
Please reconsider buying a puppy because you saw it in a movie. KNOW the breed and see if it will fit your lifestyle before you make a commitment to be responsible for an animal for years to come.
Every time a movie with a cool dog comes out sales go through the roof then a while later the pounds & rescue organizations are overloaded with that breed. VERY sad & irresponsible.
I show & raise Saint Bernards, If someone said to me I saw the behtoven movie and now I want a saint I would NEVER sell them a puppy.
I really want to see the film but dont feel like renting it. Are there any websites that have movielists?
