I really need help with this. ok so we had to watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail in brit lit. Now we have a short essay to right but of course i wasnt there for part of the movie. Anyways the assighnment is " Monty Pythons The Holy Grail uses satire to ridicule the life and times of the middle ages. Satire mocks reality using exaggeration, irony, role reversal, among other literary techniques. In a one- page analysis, explane how the holy grail satirizes the middle ages. Discuss feudalism and chivalry." I need help coming up with ideas of what to right. I already made a outline but it sucks and doesnt make sence. PLEASE HELP!
Satire:
The Witch Scene: "If she weighs... the same as a duck...she's made of wood!" "And therefore..." "A WITCH! BURN HER!"
The 'Bring Out Your Dead!' scene is satirical of the plague. We have a man come up to the cart with someone who isn't quite dead. He argues with the cart master to take his 'dead guy' The cart master is eventually convinced to kill the man, and take him on his cart.
The 'God' scene: King Arthur and his Knights of the Round table have a one-on-one with God. They grovel, God gets upset because "If there's one thing I can't stand, it's people groveling!" The Knights apologize, God says "Don't apologize! Whenever I try to talk to someone it's 'Sorry' this and 'Forgive me' that and 'I'm not worthy" Then they avert their eyes, God is still angry with them. Very funny scene.
The Trojan Rabbit is a satire of the Trojan Horse, self-explanitory.
Sir Galahad 'The Pure' is irony, right? He goes to Castle Anthrax, where 'Eight score blondes and brunettes, all between the ages of 16 and 19-and-a-half' live. The residents of Anthrax wish to use Galahad for sexual purposes, which he originally declines, but eventually decides that it isn't that bad of and idea. So much for Sir Galahad the 'Pure'

Our homework is to right a short essay about how Monty Python The holy Grail satires/ridicules the middle ages using fuedalism and chivalry. Also what is feudalism. I've been trying to come up with a good thesis but i cant think of one. PLEASE HELP
