I just love the name samuel for my son, but my mother hates the name because her fathers name was samuel! She hated her father, because he mistreated her as a kid. So the name brings back bad memories of her childhood. What should I do? I just love this name for my son! Any suggestions?

So I am making something personal for my father, and I need the names of the five kringle elves. In the original Santa Claus Is Coming To Town with puppets, Kris Kringle is dropped on the door step of the Kringle's house. An elf answers the door and calls out his brothers. There are five in total. I am having trouble hearing all their names clearly. I know for sure that four of them are named Dingle, Tingle, Wingle and Zingle but I cannot tell what the fifth brother's name is.
My father is assisting me in purchasing a new car. I have good credit and can get a rate of 6%, but my father has pristine credit and can get a rate of 1.99% for 60 months. The cars title I was previously driving is in my name and completely paid off.

Depends on if the title of the new vehicle is in your name as well. It does not matter who is financing the vehicle it matters what name is on the title. If your name is on it yes you can, if the title is in your dad's name then the plates have to be in his name. But if it is a brand new vehicle I would want brand new plates just so it looks better.

I want to know the procedures in the state of AZ to add father's name and change baby's last name to father's last name. If possible I need to know if it cost and how much. I think I remember them saying if it is before he turns one then it shouldn't be a whole big ordeal. Please any information and helpful links would greatly be appreciated.
Contact the bureau of vital statistics. It does not require much to get the birth certificate amended. I do not recall the whole process but the father can contact a person at the BVS who can assist him with the necessary procedures.
It's a rather simple process -- it does take time however to receive the newly issued birth certificate.
